Heating and Cooling
Our rooms are equipped with a modern climate control system for your comfort. Here's how to adjust it:
Temperature Control: Use the thermostat located on the wall. Adjust the temperature up or down by pressing the respective buttons.
Fan Settings: The fan can be set to auto, low, medium, or high. For continuous airflow, choose your preferred setting.
Heating/Cooling Mode: Switch between heating and cooling by pressing the mode button until the desired setting is displayed.
*Please note that our HVAC unit system is designed to go into heating mode as outdoor temperatures drop below 55°F. For optimal comfort, turn OFF during colder weather for a cooler experience and turn on AUTO for warmer air.

Breakfast
Complimentary breakfast is available from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM and includes, but is not limited to: bagels, muffins, hard-boiled eggs, oatmeal, fruit, and coffee.
PLS on Sixth
Sunday - Monday: Pickup orders and third-party delivery only (dining room closed) from 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Tuesday - Saturday: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Happy Hour specials at PLS on Sixth are served Tuesday - Saturday from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
*Pickup orders must be picked up at the PLS on Sixth bar (Tuesday - Saturday) or the hotel's front desk (Sunday - Monday).
Wi-Fi Connection Information
Stay connected with our complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. Here's how to get online:
Open your device's Wi-Fi settings and select the network named "Zags Portland_Guest"
After selecting the network, you will automatically be taken to a webpage that will ask you to provide your first name, last name, and an email address.
Once you have filled out the required fields, you will need to "accept" the terms and conditions.
Restart your device if you continue to experience issues.

LOBBY GOLF - Golf Simulator
Located on the first floor of the hotel is Lobby Golf - powered by Foresight Sports. This golf simulator also includes a soccer mode and carnival mode. Book a lesson, reserve some time to play, or spice up Happy Hour.
