Portland has amazing public transportation, especially downtown. If you’re coming from the airport, skip the car and hop on a MAX train. It’s only $2.80 and drops you off just a short walk from our hotel. The 45-minute ride from the airport will also give you a preview of several of the city’s neighborhoods.
